ABOUT LGPRO

LGPro is the member association and leading voice for people working in Local Government. We support, represent and advocate for all people working in Councils across Victoria through:

  • Sector specific professional development to help them in their work and progress their careers
  • Opportunities to develop strong networks with sector leaders
  • Representing their interests with a credible and independent voice.

 

ABOUT THIS AWARD

This award recognises an individual or a team that has developed and implemented an innovative approach, project or program which has assisted in delivering more engaging, meaningful and relevant customer experiences.


The purpose of this award is to:

Recognise the contribution of an individual and/or team to improving customer experiences

Promote innovation and leadership in the provision of customer experiences

Encourage end-to-end thinking of service design and delivery from the customer lens


WHO CAN NOMINATE

All Victorian councils are encouraged to nominate for the 2023 LGPro Customer Impact Award. It is open to individuals as well as teams across all council departments that interact with customers and play a role in delivering customer experiences.


Closing date and submission requirements

Submissions will be accepted electronically until close of business, Friday 10 March 2023.
